We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Services, process transactions, communicate with you about your account and our products, personalize content and advertising, measure marketing effectiveness, and protect against fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your contact information for monetary consideration. However, as described in Section 5 and Section 6 below, we do use third-party advertising and analytics partners that may receive information about your use of our Services for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under California law, this activity is considered "sharing" — see Section 6 for details and how to opt out.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information to Others
We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
a. With your consent. For example, if you choose to receive information about third-party offers.
b. To service providers. We share information with companies that perform functions on our behalf (hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, payment processing, customer support, anti-abuse). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
c. For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, requested by a governmental entity, or to: comply with legal process; protect our rights or property; prevent a crime or protect national security; or protect the personal safety of users or the public.
d. Business transfers. We may disclose and transfer information to a third party that acquires all or a substantial portion of our business or assets, by merger, consolidation, purchase, or in a bankruptcy proceeding.
4. IP Address and Activity Data
Our servers automatically log your IP address, the pages you visit on our Services, the referring site, the type of browser and device you use, search terms entered, advertisements you see or click, and other web usage data. We use this information for system administration, troubleshooting, security, fraud prevention, demographic analysis, and improvement of our Services. We may link this information with your personal information.
5. Cookies, Tags, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies to remember you, to understand how visitors use the Services, to deliver and measure advertising, and to detect abuse. We organize cookies and similar technologies into the following categories:
Necessary. Required for the Services to function and to remember your consent choices. These cannot be disabled.

Statistics. Help us understand how visitors interact with the Services by collecting and reporting information anonymously. Providers include Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
Marketing. Used to track visitors across websites in order to display advertisements that are relevant and engaging to the individual user. Providers include Google Ads (including Google DoubleClick), Meta (Facebook Pixel), TikTok Pixel, Reddit Pixel, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET).
Session analytics tools. We may also use website analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity, CrazyEgg, or similar services that record session interactions (such as mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks) on aggregated and pseudonymized bases to help us diagnose usability issues. These tools are loaded only with your consent under the "Statistics" or "Marketing" category, depending on configuration.
We embed video content from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which prevents YouTube from setting cookies until you interact with the player.
We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise on certain forms (such as our affiliate application) to detect and prevent automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis on a legitimate-interest basis. Its use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for the device and browser used to visit our Services.
How to exercise your rights. Use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer to opt out of sale and sharing for the device you are using. Your GDPR rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection (including objection to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing), and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
International transfers. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries that may not provide the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction.
